研究方向:量子點發光二極管、新型顯示和照明的多元化應用

 

個人簡介:現任物理實驗中心副主任,博士,碩士生導師。從事量子點發光與顯示器件的結構調控和器件組裝的研究,以及新型顯示與照明技術的多元化應用,目前研究方向側重于利用納米壓印技術構築多尺度納米結構及其在量子點發光二極管器件(QLED)中的應用。主持在研河南省高等學校重點科研項目1項,參與國家自然科學基金項目1項,在Adv. Optical Mater., Nanoscale, Phys. Status Solidi RRL, J. Mater. Chem. C, Nano Energy, Nanoscale Adv.J Mater Sci: Mater Electron SCI期刊上發表論文10餘篇,授權發明專利2項。
